My goodness! What an amazing response! Thank you very much for supporting this new edition of Prince Valiant® The Storytelling Game. The project is funded!

Stretch Goal #1

As I write we've already almost hit the first stretch goal at $7500. I asked my wife for a number between 1 and 8 and she called 4, so that means the author of the first new Episode, most appropriately, is Rick Meints, also a long-time publisher collaborator of Greg Stafford's. Rick has published Greg's Glorantha material to great success and very notably in the past year has become part of the new ownership team at Chaosium, Inc. As Greg founded Chaosium and Prince Valiant® The Storytelling Game was first published there, Rick's selection is perfect.

Stretch Goal #2

I intend to announce the stretch goal authors of the next Episode when we achieve the prior mark, but we're very close now, so I'm pleased to announce Kenneth Hite will be the author of the second new Episode if we reach the stretch goal of $10,000. Ken is especially known for Trail of Cthulhu from Pelgrane Press, and his recent work includes Night's Black Agents and The Dracula Dossier.

Ken and Robin Laws have an ongoing podcast called Ken and Robin Talk About Stuff, and Greg recently linked an episode on his own website.

I'm excited to have both of these gentlemen join this project, so please continue to spread the word!
